Might seem counterintuitive, but subway had a promotion for 6 inch subs for 4 fucking dollars. That’s hard to beat. Shop around. For lunch you’ll want to eat like 500 calories give or take, and around 30-40 grams protein. El pollo loco has a chicken burrito for 5 or 6 bucks. Shit like that fills macros and is RELATIVELY budget friendly. Of course autists will say it’s impractical, but it’s really not. Imagine how much time your saving as well! For dinners, just do rice and fish or chicken. Eat less red meat. I have raging hard on’s in the morning, and random ones throughout the day. Coleslaw is surprisingly cheap and easy to make. Frozen veggies are your friend. Eat less red meat. Eat less in general. Exercise my friend, WAGMI
