What is the best combination of

>1. type and brand of bread

>2. type and brand of jelly or jam

>3. type and brand of peanut butter

>4. do you butter your bread before applying the rest of the ingredients?
>>
PB&J should be made with toasted sourdough, blended peanuts with a bit of salt, and fruit preserves. Jelly and peanut butter off a grocery store shelf is universally disgusting flavored sugar.
>>
1. Cheapest store brand white sandwich bread that money can buy. $2 a loaf or less.
2. Smuckers jam or jelly, stick with the classi flavors, strawberry, grape, or raspberry if you're feeling cheeky.
3. Get honey roasted peanut butter. Peter Pan or store brand is fine.
4. I put a thin layer of PB on both slices of bread, so i can put a ton of jam in the middle and it wont soak into the bread.

Your pic is more interesting than your post so that's what I will be replying to. Have to go with B, since I was a total Ghostbusters kid. I also loved Karate Kid and Back to the Future, but Ghostbusters was one of the first movies I ever really latched on to. Also I was a total sperg for those Hi-C Ecto Coolers.

Brand names need not apply.
>1 White bread

>2 most types are good but grape jelly for the most classic though raspberry jam is my favorite

>3 depends on the bread texture but usually creamy

> 4 No

The real question: do you toast your bread?
>>

I eat chunky butter from the jar

>1. type and brand of bread
Wheat tortilla.
>2. type and brand of jelly or jam
That Polish brand the the L. The gooseberry-kiwi variety. If making for my kid, no jam, just banana.
>3. type and brand of peanut butter
Any from a glass jar.
>4. do you butter your bread before applying the rest of the ingredients?
No. Spoon PB. Spread PB with back of the spoon. Spoon jam. Spread jam with back of the spoon. Roll up tortilla. Consume.
