>lemon + waterWhy does it just work?
It doesn't. If you are wanting to drink water, anything other than ice in it is bullshit and you're an idiot if you think otherwise.

>>21785317In much of South America, they put lime juice in water. You can buy it bottled like that. I think I prefer lemon, but both are good. I strongly prefer either to cider vinegar, which is a thing.imo you shouldn't put an acid into all or even most of the water you drink. I have lemon water a few times a day, especially before eating. I'll put in lime juice when I take supplements just to switch it up.

>>21785317Here is a restaurant hack you may not know. When dining out, just ask for water and lemon slices, which are both complementary, at least in American restaurants. Then squeeze the water into your lemons and add one or two packets of this and stir. Bam, free lemonade.

>>21786259>squeeze the water into your lemonskek. black people are known for the “free lemonade trick” and waiters hate it. because you don’t just need a couple slices and a couple of packets of sugar, you need way more than that. so the table basically wants 10 free lemons and 1/4 lb of sugar

for me it's 0 calorie 7up with whole ass lemon middle part made into slices and the ends juice squeezed into the cup with copious amount of ice. only once per day because i'm sure something harmful is in the 7up. And even better if I can move to carbonated water but I'm guessing I'm gonna have to add some extra stuff like mint leaves.
