How do you feel about broccoli cheddar soup?
>>
>>21785823
Never had it, but would try. Looks heavy though.
>>
>>21785823
I prepared it two weeks ago for the first time as an Eastern European, it was pretty good, but barely edible on the second day despite refrigeration.
>>
>>21785852
>as an Eastern European
i'm sorry to hear that
>>
>>21785823
It's alright, I shave down the florets so I don't get chucks of broccoli. I enjoy the flavor, I don't really enjoy chewing my soup with large pieces of broc.
>>
>>21785823
My dad used to make it a couple times a year when I was a kid. I miss that. I'll have to get his recipe.
I remember him using velveeta for it though, so it's probably not as good as I remember. Regardless, I'd love some in a sourdough bread bowl.
>>
>>21785823
Pretty tasty but I find the idea of "cheese soup" to be inherently fatspeak.
>>
>>21786068
>I find the idea of "cheese soup" to be inherently fatspeak.
sounds like a personal issue
>>
>>21786068
that's probably because you're an idiot and have no friends
>>
>>21786117
>that's probably because you're an idiot and have no friends

At least i'm not fat.
>>
when I was a kid I would order this at ruby tuesdays and try to eat all of the cheese soup while leaving the broccoli in the bowl.
>>
>>21785823
I feel like having some.
>>
>>21785823
I made this tonight because of this thread
https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/235874/copycat-panera-broccoli-cheddar-soup/

was pretty good ngl
>>
>>21785852
>barely edible on the second day

This really makes no sense. It wouldn't degrade overnight. It would improve if anything. It's almost like you're contending that it's inherently a bad soup that's only good immediately after being made.

That's patently untrue. Must be some kind of translation issue here.

lol, you just admitted you'd rather be a thin and lonely idiot than be fat and have friends. LOL
Also, no one is fat just because they like broccoli soup. So the whole "at least" thing doesn't work. Also, you are fat.
So you're fat and lonely and an idiot. LOL
>>
>>21786714
We kept it outside at frigid temperatures below freezer temps and it spoiled is the most direct way I can express that
>>
>>21785823
I can never tell if it's healthy or not. Broccoli is healthy. Cheese is healthy. Yet somehow broccoli cheddar soup seems decadent.
>>
>>21786727
Why does decadent mean unhealthy? Why do you think foods are inherently "healthy" at all? You could make that case for broccoli I guess based on fiber and calories, but not cheese. Not the same 'health' argument at least.

why is this shit so bad? is it impossible to can broccoli without it transforming to a fart?
>>
>>21786735
well for one because that means dropping a cadence, a stage of development
>>
>>21786746
>is it impossible to can broccoli without it transforming to a fart?
Yes. Try adding freshly cooked broccoli to cheddar cheese soup.
>>
>>21786717
>if you're not fat, you're thin

this kind of retarded, "them vs us" thinking is probably why you're so fucking fat.
>>
>>21786717
>you called me fat?
>well, uh, you're thin! and you have no friends! yeah! and actually I'm not fat! you're fat!
Jesus christ man
>>
>>21785823
Love it
>>
>>21786061
That's why you're supposed to blend two thirds of the soup. So there's just a little bit of broccoli chunks here and there.
>>
>>21786067
>>
>>21786717
oh, school holidays already
how wonderful
>>
>>21785823
'Rich' soups very easily become repulsive body fluid smelling and tasting abominations. I would only trust a high end restaurant's.
