It has become a tradition for me to meet friends at a nearby Chinese restaurant. We exchange gifts while dining on classic American Chinese fare. They do the old school classic American Chinese cuisine that is getting harder and harder to find these days. Now every other Asian place that opens up is that hibachi nonsense or Thai and Vietnamese.
