Yes. The farm I bought from used to offer raw on site and pasteurized at markets where I would be buy. When the state made it legal to sell raw at markets they switched entirely to selling raw it was so popular. I think it's mostly a meme but I like them so I kept buying after they switch to raw only. It's been fun to be able to try things that won't work with pasteurized.
