Unfortunately, this time both of the steaks ended up overcooked because they were quite thin, about 150 g each, Black Angus again. I served them with a Greek salad made with pomodoro tomatoes, green bell pepper, a small onion, some capers, and a generous slab of fresh feta my grandpa brought me from the Macedonia region. Oh, and how could we forget the extra virgin olive oil on the salad? I wish you all happy holidays with family and friends, and may you always be in good health.
