I've got a bunch of leftover cooked chicken breast (skinless). i want to expand my chicken salad horizons. i've got a pretty good recipe i use, but i want your guys' opinion>1 cup finely chopped leftover chicken breast>1 tbsp sweet relish>1 tsp pickle juice>1 tsp honey mustard>add mayonnaise until your preferred texture is achieved (less mayo = sandwich-style. add more mayo if you want to do dip-style)
