How do you deal with the "Holiday Food Critics"? For those who have to cook for family, friends, customers this season?

Good adult food won't offend kids unless you slap that bitch with Death Chip Ass Blaster 9000 hot sauce, so don't do that if you are doing it. Always have low scoville versions for the kiddies and women. For weak ass people with allergies: they should be cooking for themselves really. Just be truthful on what is in what and they can fend for themselves.
