Are brits have a traditional menu that they make every Christmas? Because I swear to God it seems like, you lot eat the same fucking thing every year.
My Christmas menu:
>Fois gras
>Guineafowl soup
>Wild mushroom and blackberry venison stew with fried carrot and potato that has parmesan cheese on it and roasted apple

for prime rib, potatoes and yorkies it has to be speargrass. don't overcook them, a drizzle of lemon juice is perfect and assuming your beef and potatoes will be salted and potentially buttered keep the speargrass nice and light

All great options, I'd do green beans with what OP is serving up but they all sound good.

>OH MY SCIENCE you can’t eat a TRADITIONAL meal on a TRADITIONAL ANNUAL HOLIDAY I’m going INSANE AHHHHHHHHHH
Faggot. Your ‘menu’ is pretentious shit.

Yes, people tend to eat certain foods at certain times. It might get old if you eat it every day, but if you only eat it once or twice a year then it's a pleasant part of the season or holiday when you partake in it, ESL anon.

I cannot convey how hilarious that is. I've witnessed the base level incompetence and lack of imagination in most of the thanksgiving meals here. Furthermore, your menu sounds dogshit - absolutely overblown and smug.

Yes we are having turkey; we follow the rotation of: salmon, gammon, turkey and lamb. Today was gammon. Honey and mustard glazed, boiled for two hours and then baked for forty-five minutes.

none

>baked potatoes
Stop this nonsense already. Make your potatoes sauteed, mashed or fried like normal people, this mushy skin-on BS reveals a complete lack of taste on your part.

I'm doing prime rib, mashed potatoes, sourdough rolls, and sauteed broccolini.

Hope everyone got their $7/lb rib roasts from Safeway. I got a nice 15lb one I cut into steaks to vac seal and freeze and the ribs I enjoyed barbecue style as a treat for me. Actual christmas dinner is ham and scalloped potatoes made by my mom as is tradition.

He said twice baked. They're loaded mashed potatoes stuffed in the skins. If you make them right the skins are nice and crispy so you eat them too.

Traditional options: sprouts, roasted parsnips, roasted carrots, roasted onions.
It's good to add something green to that; asparagus, peas, beans, that sort of thing.
I'm going to have a kale soup in the middle of the day (made with nice ham stock), and then the main meal in the evening, so I won't be doing any cabbage with my beef, but it totally could work for someone else. (I've had a bit of a pork blowout today; that soup's going to be great for resetting me ready for the next feast!)

All that connective tissue, the white rubbery slimy fat. Like chewing on a super ball. Makes me gag just thinking about it.

I'd go for asparagus personally.
