Do you guys use regular oven mitts or have you tried the superior GRILL GLOVE?

I have oven mitts. Once heat from pizza pan bled through and I dropped the whole thing. Now I'm always careful to be fast and prepared to swap hands while depanning it.
we have grill gloves, but my go to is a pair of welding gloves I bought specifically for kitchen use. Just as heat resistant and more comfortable to wear.
