>ice cream truck pulls up on hot summer day
>”hello there little boy! What would you like today?”
>”can I get vanilla ice cream… umm fudge swirl and uhhh peanut butter cups?”
>”ahh yes, moose tracks! My f…”
>the sound of helicopter blades quickly begins to fill the air and red laser lights pock the surfaces of the ice cream truck driver and the small child. Unmarked black vans speed around every corner and come to halt near the truck. Men in black suits begin to emerge, guns clipped to their sides. They converge on the pair, one holding a clipboard in his hand.
>”I need you to see your proof of payment for the licensing of that frozen dairy product flavor, sir.”
How do they get away with this shit?

Most places just change the name. I grew up in Michigan but Moose Tracks always seemed like the bootleg because its far less common than Deer Traxx
