As long as the food isn’t oily I think it’s fine

The local hibachi place finally got shut down for a string of health code violations longer than Santa’s naughty or nice list. You really can’t trust Asians on food safety. Back in the day the food inspectors used to have to carry around a gallon of bleach with them to cover the food because the Chinese buffet restaurants used to take the food out of the dumpster and put it back out after the inspector left when he told them to toss everything on the line.
