Now that the holidays are over, what are your favorite ways to use the cheap turkeys that are on sale?

Dunno about buying an entire turkey just to make stock out of it but my father made an entire duck and goose for the two of us during the last two days and I'm taking all the fat and their picked apart carcasses with me to boil the shit out of them and turn them into liquid gold
>>
Only the titties are on discount in my area, 49¢/lb
I bought two.

They're more expensive now than they were in November.

I don't even want to eat that shitbird on the holidays.

Damn, that must have been some well equipped bird ladies.

Anon... How do you think they make stock at a restaurants?
>>
>>21800159
Christ that's pricey. Turkey at Costco was 99¢/lb and $5 off on top of that. Got 15lb bird for less than ten dollars.
>>

Anon, that's $0.27 per pound

Look at the bottom of the price tags

True. But you and I know this already. Still didn't stop me from buying two titties for 49¢/lb on Tuesday, even if I got proper turkeys 25¢/lb then another turkey practically free because of couponing.
You said you just roast one every month or so, right?
I break ours down, use all the backs and wingtips to make stock roasting one whole breast for Thanksgiving and freeze everything else. Curries and soups with the drums, pulled turkey and ground turkey made from thighs so they don't suck, smoked turkey wings for beans and greens and the breasts generally get deboned and cooked into turkey stews, pot pies or turkey and dumplings.

This got me imagining slutty turkey ladies which got me thinking of the absolute worst fighting game of all time with the absolute worst name ever: Revengers of Vengeance.
One of the playable characters is a big-tittied, harpy-like bird lady, Talon.
Here. You can see her milkers jiggle briefly.

Usually every 1.5-2 months, we'll be doing one in probably 2 weeks.

I’m waiting on the ham clearance, gonna buy a couple and stick them in the chest freezer
