Why are there so many big chains from the Midwest? New yorkers rave about their pizza, but what dominates most of America are chains that began in like, Illinois, indiana, Iowa.

That's not different. It's great pizza but we have that style in Washington. Has some cornmeal on the bottom, doesn't it? Very dense and kind of fermented dough. One of my favorite styles honestly.
