What are you doing with those holiday leftovers, anon? I've got a pot of split pea soup going with the ham bone from yesterday's dinner
>>21800706mashed potato sandwich 3 times a day
No holiday leftovers but I have a ton of beef jerky and corn nuts...
I have chunks of prime rib that I'm just microwaving and eating with a big pile or rice.Really hits home that the year is ending.
>>21800706>four turkey meals deep>another three to go>Still enjoying the meat, gravy, veg and stuffing quadly I'm not sure how I will feel after another...maybe I shall make turkey pie...
>>21800857>I have a ton of beef jerky and corn nutsBought or gifted?
I said something racist at Thanksgiving so to "punish" me my family only gifted me ethnic food. My mom gave me some Mexican food stuff, my sister gave me some Indian food stuff, other sister gave me some Korean stuff, and my brother is a bro so he just gave me tequila.I think their message fell a bit flat because all this does is prove we don't need these people in our country to cook the food. But anyways...I know how I'm going to use everything I got except these two things>coconut milk>gochujangWhat are you supposed to do with this shit.
>>21800706Do poor people really?
>>21800706Cold meat and chips and salad on Boxing Day Maybe a pie today (turkey and ham)Maybe make a load of curry, freezing a load. Don’t know how well you can freeze minestrone (obviously not with the pasta added)
>>21800706I dried a lot of my leftover ham. I froze the ham hock for later use. Any other uses for leftover ham??
>>21801093>>coconut milkCombine with the curry powder from the indian kit to make a thai curry. It's pretty good with chicken thighs on rice. >gochujangIt's just hot sauce but in paste form and annoying to use. Just put a bit on the side of a plate and use it as a condiment with anything you want
