The oven is preheating to 350. I had 5 but the first one i cracked on the counter and the age made the shell much weaker so it just shattered all over the place so i had to discard it. The other 4 are in the tin. I will share pictures when it is done. 350°F for 15 minutes.

If it sinks or at least stays underwater, it's still edible, probably.
If it floats, it's 100% bad.

Should be fine. If you're not getting pasture raised organic you don't know what you're missing, they are heavenly. I get them for $5 a dozen and worth every penny. They are exquisite fried in beef tallow. If you want to get real fancy toss some fresh rosemary and garlic in the tallow and baste it onto the eggs. I like mine sunny side up and i like to sop up the yolk with some Ezekiel 4:9 toast. Very healthy breakfast, foodie approved.
