if youre poor and not cooking with dried beans, lentils, rice and such you are an absolute moron.
learn how to be poor correctly
>>
Dried beans take hours of soaking and those are what make $1 meals so not easy
Premade beans are easy but are not $1 meals and usually disgusting either for sugar slop or just unsanitary feeling and tasting if plain
Beans are fine if you're white and expect the winter on a genetic level so you can plan for a meal hours ahead of time
If any of this doesn't answer your inane question, consult a dictionary for the term suicide and do as it says

stop being such a drama queen.
beans can be cooked in a pressure cooker in an hour. A large batch can be made and used for various meals throughout the week. Thats one hour a week and thats just cook time. not active time.
And sure, $1 meal is an exaggeration. But honestly, not by much.

Furthermore soaking isnt required. Even if it was it doesnt take much time or effort to dump a bag of beans into a bowl of water.
And whats this shit about it being hard to plan ahead for a meal? Planning for a meal is a normal thing people do. its not hard. you just put the fucking beans in the water. thats it. Why are you trying to make "oh yeah, im making beans tomorrow" sound like a luxury most cant afford?
In short, you sound like a whinny bitch

Heinz beans are British beans and you can get them everywhere. Retard. You can also buy low sodium beans and no added sugar baked beana. They're in the organic section. Also you can just buy low sodium red/chickpea/white beans and add dash spice or whatever sauce you want to the opened can.

yuo arent even autistic enough to make sense
"healthier" implies a comparison. And its also all relative.
Yes if you are deficient in salt (unlikely), or just need calories to survive than sure ramen is "healthy" but saying one isnt healthier than the other because "all food is healthy" is just retarded.
ill break this down even more for your small mind
Ramen: calories and too much salt
Beans: calories plus nutritional value
tell me one isnt healthier than the other

>Heinz beans are British beans and you can get them everywhere. Retard
No
The heinz beans sold to the British are different to American beans - RETARD.
>>
>>21811337
I live in Florida, and the Caribbean likes british Heinz beans (tomato base, no pork fat), so there is a little indian-british-jamaican import area. They aren't in the usual beans section. You would have to know they are imported and a different formula. It's where I find the major grey's chutney, pickled onions for cocktails, crunchie bars and licorice allsorts.
>>
>>21811278
Then why is your body unable to handle a bit of fibre?

>Product is changed slightly to appeal more to local demographic and use local ingredients to save money
WOW
>>
>>21810747
It's really not though. I bought a 20 pound bag of beans for less then $20. A pound of dried beans is a shit load of beans. 40 tortillas for $4 at wally world. Half a block of $2 cheese. I can make 2 large bean and cheese burritos for less then $1 which is enough for 1 piggy or 2 human sized portions. Even salsa doesn't have to be expensive. At my wally world under the $4 medium bottles is a huge plastic pourer that's at least 3-4x as large for $8.
>>21810981
But then you're getting rid of the best part! The flatulence is a feature not a bug.
>>
>>21811405
fair enough. it really depends on whether or not you buy in bulk and whether r not extra ingredients are involved but yeah, a filling, nutritious meal brought to you by Beans is absolutely doable for less than $1

This is the extreme point of contention

>>21811518

The magical fart compound in beans is fibre.
If beans make you fart uncontrollably you either can't handle fibre, or you didn't cook them properly (which shouldn't even be a thing with canned beans).
Third option: You're a genetic bottle neck.

no, its one food compared to another not healthy compared to healthy. I already gave an example. Ramen has no nutritional value and can easily push you over a healthy amount of daily salt. Like i aid, unless you desperately need salt and/or calories there is nothing healthy about ramen.
which food is healthy is relative. do you understand the word "relative"?
