Why is all their food like that? I understand injera is the staple and the cuisine revolves around it but every dish is a semi liquid mush. Other cuisines that are heavily based on a staple food have more variation in the kinds of dishes. I'm not hating or anything just actually wondering why. They have beef. Why don't they have beef dishes that aren't wet slops?
