>>21819436>i can’t really find recipes online anymore, they’re all AI slopyou must be blind, or a very special kind of retarded

Chicken thighs are looking good!>>21819503I hold the pan upside down to show that the sauce is so thick, the mushrooms do not fall off, like Dairy Queen
>>21819477>That would be inappropriate for a blue board. If that gif of an animu girl massaging a bulging boner is blue board safe, then so is a little booba.

>>21819477>>21819503Cooking with Crassius Curio
I deglazed the pan with wine, cooked it down, added broth, then added the chicken back, and put butter on top.
>>21819507If you meet me in the parking lot of the big walmart in Canton MS in about an hour you may have a portion. If youre serious anywayBring an appetite!!!
>>21819521I always wondered how one would realistically read all the in game literature in an elder scrolls game. It would seem difficult to keep track of everything.
Big splash of worcestershire and i’ll let it simmer about 25 minutes. replaced my Finex pan with a Darto No. 30. I love cooking in it. It is so choice. If you have the means, i highly recommend picking one up.
>>21819611That looks extremely heavy but I bet it cooks food really good.
>>21819609TesVI is coming. It’s going to have a gorillion books, and they are going to be all the old ones plus a bunch of AI sloppa. You heard it here first.
>>21819615That’s accurate. I love everything about the pan except that i can’t flip food in it. Does anyanon have recommendations for a really good carbon steel pan for a 3 egg omelet? I’m looking at De Buyer, Matfer, and Mauviel
>>21819661Just ordered a Town 34809. If its good enough for a restaurant it’s good enough for me.
>>21819589>Canton MS in about an hourToo far for me :(
>>21819609>read book>put on bookshelf in houseIt's really very simple anon. Yes, I read all the books. Even the skill books. No I don't remember any of them (except the horny lizard).
>>21819611>Zwillingbig based>>21819661I've been using my Made In for almost a decade now and it flips like a dream.
>>21819611Looks like a good pan but that handle is huge, is it a pain to clean and store?
I swapped to a MadeIn large stainless pan, they’re much lighter than alternatives in carbon, iron or most other stainless. Sucks being small in stature because some things aren’t sized in an easily handled wayI always crank the heat a bit more to darken the skin, but off to a good start
>>21819503How are they not falling off the pan?
>>21819705Impressive.
