I picked up on this bad habit lately, I'll make myself a sandwich or just eat bread at 1 am. Afraid of turning into a fatass.

>>21819642What works for me is sticking to an eating schedule. This only works if you stick to a sleep schedule. If you time it right, you'll still be full enough to go to sleep without having to eat anything.
