What are the best beans to eat straight out of a can other than baked beans? I am getting sick of baked beans. I am a trucker with no time to cook. Any other suggestions of canned food that is good would help too. I am looking around at the blobs waddling around the truck stop and realizing that the slop they try to sell as food at these places is going to lead me to the same fate.

Do you have an inverter? When I was a trucker I had a mini fridge, a microwave and an instant pot.I pulled out the front seat and had the fridge and micro right there. I could nuke a hot dog and keep driving.I also used to make coffee in an aeropress while fucking driving on i80 Thinking back I must have had a deathwish

Any brand name should be okay. However, I wouldn't trust private labels straight out of the can if they're likely to take shortcuts; heat cook these for a bit.
