Ok so now that red meat is good what do we do about all the people that are fat obese and unhealthy with heart problems and clogged arteries that eat tons of red meat?
>but it's not the red meat that's doing it!!
ok what is then? why are all the people who eat lots of red meat this way?
>it's not the red meat, it's.. the sugars
that doesn't seem likely, they're not eating sugars, they're eating red meat
>>

Its hyper-processed food and lack of exercise.
>>
It's my dick and ass farting
>>
Let them die. If there are sooo many people willing to buy into the grift, at this point, you know what, just let them kill themselves. Just let nature and stupidity take it's course
>>
>>21822270
>they're not eating sugar
Lol
Lmao even
If you want to bait at least make it believable
>>
>>21822270
People who eat red meat, tend to eat the fattiest cuts charred and with sides like fries. People who eat red meat are more likely to eat fatty meat in general
>>
Why did they invert the pyramid?

>But the medical costs
Yeah that's the sting, maybe that's the lesson we need to learn. Maybe this should hit us where it hurts so we actually learn our lesson- the wallet. Maybe it's time we become the 3rd world country we were always meant to be.

You need to show some evidence that it's the "lots of red meat eaters" who are fat with heart issues.

I'm guessing it's the fast food eaters and soda drinkers. We know they're fat. You're just assuming about the meat people. The fat people ARE eating the sugars. I assure you. You cannot become fat just eating fatty red meat. Never happened.
>>
Read meat is healthy in amounts proportional to your exercise.

Being lazy makes eating too much of most things kill you in different ways. Sugar, carbs, red meat, fats. Sugar gives diabetes, carbs make you fat which kills your heart. Fats clog your arteries. Hmm but those are the three types of calories, guess you just can't eat?
If you barely move or shovel 5 servings at a time you need salad and lean protien to compensate.
If you are a healthy fit man some red meat is like a mild virility boost. If your a fatass it clogs your arteries and raises your already too high blood pressure but so would a glass of milk.

probably to try and make a statement that they're inverting the previous one that had starches as the base with the most recommended servings

They're dealing with a dumber populace. We read top to bottom, left to right. They know that most new people are so dumb they'll forget what's at the top by the time they get to the bottom so they put the "important" info up there.
Just a theory. RFK Jr. is so fucking unqualified for that job. Luckily the doctors doing child vaccinations have already vowed to ignore his retarded new guidelines in that department. I don't think a single American will change the way they eat over this. What a fucking joke. It's an improvement for sure, but it's still wrong.

It's a performance dude. Just use common sense. Everything in moderation. And
>>21822343
is kinda correct. I'm a lazy sedentary volume eater in my 40s, so I'm gonna stick to shit tons of salad kits and add cans of beans and shit to them so that I get my fiber and protein with very little carbs. I load up those salads with seasonings and some cheese, whatever beans I have, etc. I've lost weight as a result last year when I started doing that. Ignore the performing clowns, ignore their audiences clamoring about how the clowns word are gospel.
Everything in moderation, and use common sense.

My wife's best friend and her husband have been doing low-to-no-carb since they got married ~8 years ago. Guess what? They've only gained weight since going keto. And he's gone bald. And her hair is thinning, though that could just be because she's blonde in middle age; blondes tend to go thin.
To put it into perspective just how seriously they take their low carb lifestyle, even wedding cake was keto. Almond flour cake, sweetened with some l-word sweetener. Lycanthropy or Lucario Lickalottapus or some shit.
Of course, this a sample of two but I've never known anyone else to go full retard IE keto but these two.

I keep thinking I eat a very high sugar diet but when I go get my bloodwork done, I always have fantastic HbA1C numbers so I take inventory of my diet and realise that I really don't eat as much sugar as I think I do.
To put it into perspective, I have a doughnut or pastry or other baked/fried sweet for breakfast every single day. I have a piece or two of candy or chocolate daily. But I guess that's it as far as added sugars go.
I don't drink soda.
I don't add sugar to my cooking despite being a demichink.
All I do is eat a pastry and a segment or two of a chocolate bar and I'm good. I can't fathom having more than that.
I honestly don't understand how someone can stomach eating as much sugar as would be necessary for it to adversely affect your health.
Seed fats and animal fats I can understand. Who doesn't love hot buttered popcorn or crunchy deep fried food? But a whole cupcake with frosting repulses me. Too much sugar all at once. Just… no.
I guess that's why I never got far, even now as a middle-aged dad.

All carbohydrates turn into sugar when we digest them. It's not just candy and cakes, it's also white bread and pasta. Lots of foods contain hidden sugars. I even saw tins of canned fish with added sugars.

Whatever health problems red meat does or does not cause are dwarfed by the health problems of being a fat fuck, which are not caused by red meat.
>>
>fat obese and unhealthy with heart problems and clogged arteries that eat tons of red meat

Have you seen the price of red meat these days? What makes you think these barely functional people are able to afford red meat?

>>21822334
So that now we can say that unhealthy fat fucks are eating on the ass end of the pyramid.

Oh wait, "extras" aren't even on the new pyramid. You can now tell fat people that they've gone off the pyramid.
>>
>>21822270
>see new pyramid
>thinks it’s saying to eat a shit ton of red meat
no retard, it’s telling you to eat that category in the same proportion as fruit and veg. even if your premise is true (citation needed), those people aren’t observing this new science.

I'm aware, yeah, but even so, my HbA1C is always top-notch.
I don't really eat whole grains except for my wife's breads since she somehow makes them not taste like cardboard despite them only having two or at most three ingredients: water, whole grain flour of some kind and sometimes cooking fat, usually clarified butter. Also salt.
I'm part Asian and from Italy. Refined grain all day, rice and pasta, yet my tests always come back great.
I also think I eat a salty diet but my BP is always good (117/66 last Sunday and it's always in the "sweet spot" for BP, 110-120/60-70; greatest deviation I've had was 121/73 and according to my chart, that was one time). My guess is that because my diet is centered so enormously around produce, my potassium intake balances out the sodium. It's not uncommon for me to have four servings of veg at a single meal.
>>
>>21822348
lol no they haven't. Also just because you're too lazy to make changes doesn't mean everybody else is.

Satanic implications

All carbohydrates are sugar, all of them cause glycation of the tissues

just stop being fat, bro.
no srzzzzly stop . all you had to fucking do is get some exercise >>>/fit/ and stop eating 10 meals a day.
