Longest I have sent is probably 2 days. Any pizza not made with preservatives really deserves to be refrigerated and will begin to approach inedible levels within a few hours. Would not go past overnight, even overnight would approach with extreme caution.

Other foods are far more dangerous than pizza. Rice is the most sneaky. You'd think rice is dry before cooking, steamed to hell, dries if left out. How bad could that be? It turns out very bad very fast. Frying it does not help as the bacteria that grows on it is not killed by heat. I used to cook up a full rice cooker batch, dump in large tupperware container and put in fridge. Reheat portions throughout the week. This was FINE until it was not fine. It won't kill you but you will want to die for a solid 12 hours if you get this type of food poisoning.
When I worked at a grocery store the frozen clerks typically left the frozen pizzas out for their entire 8 hour shifts. Hot pockets, tv dinners, and waffles as well. Only ice and ice cream got put away ASAP.
