Does anyone here make their own pasta? I want to buy a good pasta maker to begin making my own at home. Iv tried before with picrel and it was a pain. It wouldnt cut the pieces all the way through so you basically had to separate each piece by hand after putting it through the cutter. Its also the only one I ever see on sale at the kitchen stores in my city. Hoping someone might have a recommendation for a better one. Not really worried about price if its good quality.
>>21823233I've made pasta without a roller. It's physically tiring, extremely messy, and you're going to fuck up cooking them the first couple of times because fresh pasta cooks entirely unlike dried pasta. Delicious though
I just cut homemade pasta with a knife. You can also just grate it straight into boiling water or make ravioli instead.
>>21823284this, you can just roll a sheet of pasta out with a rolling pin, fold it over itself a few times, then cut out individual noodles from your little log.
