>>21825505Just did sear with salt/pepper/butter, then deglaze with wine, add onions/mushrooms, sweat those and then add a bunch of wine and braise at 300f for 3 hours. I didn't have a lid so covered with foil and another pan, unfortunately most of the braising liquid was gone, but they were actually fantastic. Oh, and I threw a ton of thyme in.
