I got a bunch of bags of fish sticks from the food bank a few weeks ago and have been randomly cooking them in the microwave at work. People are getting pretty agitated but ever since one of the Indian employees had a fit over someone saying his food stank, no one has the nerve to say anything

The problem with reheating chicken is the composition of the chicken fat changes when it's cooled and then reheated which is the cause of the off taste in reheated chicken. I think it's the poultry fat oxidizing which causes the bad taste but I can't remember for sure.
