Me mum has fallen in love with steakhouse mushrooms and sort of worked out the recipe that our favorite place uses. They're heavenly.
yes i love all mushroom, i forage frequently and my favorite underrated mushroom is king bolete. when you cook it on the grill it tastes just like fried chicken. obvious favorite mushroom is morel or chicken of the woods.
