I'm grabbing a can of tomatoes and tomato paste and making my own sauce. I have garlic and seasonings at home. That or a pack or two of cherry tomatoes. Jar sauce is gross. Making your own is cheap, takes as little as 20 minutes, and is much better than jar sauce.

Ever since I solved the meat sauce recipe (perfectly tender ground meat every time), I've been a big fan of president's choice primavera because the vegetables act as a great foil to the meat in the sauce. And I've taken a liking to the mushroom flavour because it reminds me of the time I went on a school camping trip and they served mushroom spaghetti.
