as opposed to putting butter in food? no. ketoschizo meme.

Fat slows digestion so you may feel full longer IF you’re already low carb/keto and adapted to burning fat. It's keto cope basically. That's it really.

No. It was just an unusual trend. There's a reason people don't talk about it much anymore. Just adding cream is pretty much the same thing with less work.

The main reason people add butter to tea and coffee traditionally is because they had no refrigeration so fresh milk was scarce but butter was common.

I tried it once, it sucks. Total fucking meme.

Yes, it'll make you live longer. Put more butter in your coffee. And sugar and heavy cream. Every day several times a day.

If grass fed unpasteurized butter then yes as it is full of nutrition.
If frankenfood industrial cow-pus butter than no.

Bulletproof coffee (or butter coffee) is a high-calorie drink made from coffee blended with grass-fed butter (or ghee) and MCT oil, designed to replace breakfast for sustained energy and focus, popular in keto and low-carb diets. Created by Dave Asprey, it uses healthy fats for fuel, aiming to provide mental clarity and satiety, but requires specific ingredients like grass-fed butter for its intended effect.

If you're skipping breakfast, it's a good way to put calories in your coffee without adding a bunch of sugar. There's still lactose in butter, but very little.
>>
>>21855915
worrying about the lactose in cream and milk unless you have diabetes is borderline eating disorder tier
>>

If your plan is ketosis (which... let's face it, who else is doing bulletproof coffee?), every little bit counts... If you're lactose intolerant and don't have any lactose free / nut milk or lactase handy, it's probably a half decent last ditch... Definitely more the ketards hoisted by their own petards.

I tried it when I ran out of milk. Not too bad, but not that good either. I definitely wouldn't use butter if I had milk or cream.
