Where can I even buy a can of chicken? No supermarket near me carries this brand.
>>21851910The one time we had it was when my single mom was unemployed and we got boxes from the community food pantry. The chicken was covered in goo that look like afterbirth.
>>21851942Never had it or seen it for sale here. Seems like you could use it for chicken soup in a rough pinch.Check in on your mother and make sure she's eating better now. Love, dad.
>>21851910Cthulhu-esque nightmare fuel, who the fuck would want to eat this abomination.
>>21851910Maybe they don't sell it anymore. Neither Amazon nor Walmart has it, which is unusual. They have lots of other Sweet Sue products. Maybe it's only sold to food service now.
Canned chicken is a thing, but not canned whole chicken. Maybe at grocery stores without a service deli and/or bakery doing rotisserie chicken. But even the shittiest stores have that.
>>21851910They might have discontinued the whole chicken sku, they have a boned chicken product in the same size can though>>21852335This, canned chicken breast is pretty widely available.
>>21851910Haven't seen them for a few years, I'm in TN and used to be able to get those at the locally owned grocery stores for sure. It was ok for making soup, great to have in the pantry for when you're snowed in (like right now).Sweet Sue used to make the best canned chicken and dumplings too, but switched to a no dark meat recipe which just isn't as good. People are too afraid of real food, so the blander the meat (not that a sweet sue canned chicken was perfect, but it was real chicken that you could use to make something with flavor) the more popular it is.
>>21851942>>21852082just put it under the broiler for a few minutes to get some color on it, the goo is propably just gelatine that will disolve under heat
>>21852082Just needs some browning and its ready to go yum
>>21851910>>21852082I posted this pic once before, but I have just what you need. >>21854028>>21854038It is not opened.
>>21853906obligatory
>>21853898The logo on top is a cow brand type of sign. It's telling you it's the Wilbur Ellis brand. Some cheeky marketing.
>>21853906Thank you for your service.
>>21852082Have you never seen cold chicken soup ?
>>21854576does it have a seal bubble that pops up? is there any bulging on the lids? you could chance it, probably more enjoyable as an antique than a meal though, but that chickens spirit is eternally trapped until someone frees it
Quick! Someone post the gif of Madonna gyrating on stage and shitting one of these out.
It's usually with the sardines/tuna/anchovies/SPAM/corned beef
>>21855134It was Shakira but I got you senpai

>>21855130>does it have a seal bubble that pops up? is there any bulging on the lids?Other than the bit of rust, it's in surprisingly good condition. Absolutely no bubbling or bulging whatsoever. I've seen cans in the store with more dents for sale.
>>21853906Did she die?
>>21853906Kek
>>21855231is this why he died?
>>21855304Yes, actually this is the very video that did it. But he died off camera after the video was over. It's a snuff video basically.
