Raided all the local discount places and low price protein in may town. I got 3k grams of protein. (About a month supply)
Help me plan out how to eat it all.

I am in a massive long weight cut. Probably a bit of an extreme one. I need my diet to come out to this.
Daily calories ÷ grams of protein < 10
And
Body weight × .8 = grams of protein.

Once I get my weight down I can eat bigger.
What's killing me isn't the not eating it's the not cooking every night like I used to.

Just cook healthier foods. You know seasoning and grilling a chicken breast and putting it on top of a nicely made salad is very healthy and gets you a much more natural protein than some fake candy bars.
You're just gonna want the real candy bars and relapse. Start making interesting Chicken salads, healthy steak wraps. Not every cooked dinner has to be some indulgent junk food, make salads, whole grain sandwiches, wraps, all sorts of things. It doesn't just have to be a burger, and even if it's a burger you can make a burger healthier.

Never really wanted candy bars at all, thats just you.
Already eat a high protein diet normally but I am going into a massive calorie deficit to lean up. Not to make it a /fit/ thread.
If I start cooking I'll relapse into making potato's with my chicken, and a sauce etc. I tend to cook too much and then have to eat it all.
