What do you add to your ramen at a restaurant? Do you go for any of these? I wonder if the dumpling sauce would work somehow.

Condiments in westoided ramen places vary wildly so I never really am sure what they are gonna haveHowever if I had a choice I would add extra green onions/scallions, a dash of chinky vinegar, add chili oil and crack an egg in it
