Pretending to be a tough guy that eats 12 burgers a day while saying 6'5" and 145lbs doesn't impress me so don't even try.For me, it's just a simple matter of tracking calories and observing CICO. Obviously observing a calorie boundary means you eat different foods (who can fuckin afford mayonnaise?), but the beauty of CICO is you can still eat whatever you want, no foods are 'banned'. A few things worked for me, I never counted calories or followed a strict diet though. Smaller portions, like 80% of what I think will satiate me. Don't starve yourself but you need less food than you think and you need to let go of the feeling that you need to feel really full after a meal.Drinking lots of water with the meal and also in general.Let the pan(s) stay in the kitchen instead of bringing them to dining room.Don't buy things that you think you shouldn't eat. I don't think it's sustainable to deny yourself forever of things you enjoy that are "bad", but (for me at least) I would also eat mediocre snacks, that were not that enjoyable, just because they were there in the house.

one thing that helped was something I noticed one day. I was feeling very hunger so I for up to cook, and halfway through cooking I suddenly realized I didn't feel hungry at all anymore. Just starting to cook was enough to stop feeling hungry.It's all in your mind. A human can easily go days without food. Hunger is a lie your body tells to your mind because it's greedy for calories
Literally eating less. I averaged 1000 calories a day and lost a bunch of weight. Count calories and don't cheat. 50cal of creamer in your morning coffee adds up when you have 4 coffees. Diets are just different ways of reducing calories. Eating n-500 calories of your normal eating pattern will lose you more weight than n-0 calories of keto.After a week of being hungry you just get used to less food. There were some days I could go on 700 calories if I'm home all day and felt fine.

Learn to love a giant plate of broccoli and almonds and you can stuff yourself silly and shed pounds. Another thing I did a lot thrn but now sometimes still is I love spaghetti, so I will cook 1/2 or 1/3 spaghetti noodles and the rest thin sliced cabbage. All mixed up with sauce it's very much like eating a bowl of regular spaghetti, but you can eat twice as much for practically the same calorie intake. If you want a snack, eat a carrot or an apple. If you don't feel like that then you're not really hungry, just bored and want to distract with food.

Lost 15kg/33lbs with low carb without even counting calories. Turns out that eating meat keeps you satiated for longer and you're not hungry all the time so you crave snacking and bullshit. But that's just me.

When it was time for “lunch” I had 2 scoops of whey isolate powder mixed with water, then I would bike around town for another 4 hours. Dinners were simple and small. Minimal refined carbs. Very rarely got seconds, and if I did, that meant riding the bike until it was time to get ready for bed. I lost it all in 5 months. It was hell, but if you have the will power, it is possible. You’ll get used to being depressed and feeling like shit after the first two weeks.
