After having my plunger for a couple of months now, and being content with letting sit for 4 minutes before plunging today I tried closer to the Hoffman method and wow, definately a fuller creamier and probably stronger coffee. Thought it might have actually gone cold with the extra time but was pretty good. Not really sure what the science is behind it all, but was well worth experimenting with.
