make marinade with wooster, soy, and teriyaki, garlic, ginger
3 bones chicken thighs
cut up chicken and cook until browned, remove chicken
add chopped onion, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots and cook until soft
add a 1/4 of corn starch slurry to marinade and add to chicken and veggies and cook until sauce thickens, adding chicken broth or water as needed to keep from burning
serve over linguine or rice.

At Genghis Grill I put in just about every meat I could fit into the bowl, garlic salt, pineapples and mongol bbq, with udon as the starch. I miss that place.
