Cooking thread. Making curry tonight lads. Vegan because budget cuts.
Onions garlic and ginger in toasted sesame oil.
Roasting the red bell pepper and zucchini
Toast the spices for a minute or two
Add flour
Coconut milk and veggie broth
Chopped greens
Adding veggies at the end. Found some frozen broccoli in the freezer and threw it all together.
No pic of the finished product, I ate it all before I could snap one.

Just kidding, here it is after adding rice. Needed a bit of extra salt above and beyond the tablespoon of soy sauce I put in earlier. Bosh.
Yeah, seems alright.

>>21855414You should have poured it over the rice or plated it next to the rice. Mixing it into a slop is gross. You've destroyed the interplay between rice and curry.
>>21855444I don't have a plate to put it on. I have a bowl, but why dirty another dish that I'm going to have to clean when I can just eat it out of the pot like a trve bachelor?
>>21855475Based pragmatist, I normally mix it all up once on the plate anyway
>>21855440What are you talking about? Yourself?
>>21855373>Vegan because budget cuts.Look at this shit. This moron can't afford anymore quick sale almost expired meat. Your threads are always cheap as hell to begin with. You cut corners and have no idea how to cook yet spam threads anyway. Australians are so oblivious to how bad their food is.
>>21855377Look at that couch. You live on filth. Glad nobody ends up your eating your food.
>>21855393Britbong street shitter detected.
>>21855375Garlic from the jar? In the brine? Don't bother.
>>21855377WTF? Why are you using a fucking air fryer when you have burners?
Despite my insults, OP, you've made a cooking thread and you took good pictures of your work and should be commended for it. I would eat a bowl of that stuff.
