>>
>>21878817
It's a wet, earthy flavour with a "freshness" to it, perfect for sandwiches. You're a pretentious faggot who hates being autistic.

- "wtf is this"
- "the chicken nuggets - that's what you wanted, right?"
- "yes, but this.."
- "i ran them through a blender BECAUSE ONLY AUTISTS CARE ABOUT TEXTURE"
>>
>>21878924
Correct. If you refuse to eat any food in blended form you are 100% exhibiting signs of autism. Although I would be extremely annoyed if somebody did this to me, because that would make properly saucing my nuggs difficult.
>>21878909

surely an autissimus maximus like you should be able to add the correct amount of sauce while blending your chicken nuggets, no?
>>
>>21878969
>because that would make properly saucing my nuggs difficult.
It would make it easier to find the perfect ratio and mix it evenly for a consistent flavor.
>>
>>21878969

>with sauce even
You are in no position to be calling other people autistic
>>
>>21878902
Nobody is complaining about anything. People are just saying that texture enhances food. Which is true. I wouldn't complain if my sandwich lacked lettuce, it's still fine. But it would be even better with it.

LOL, red leaf is even worse. They're great on sandwiches. I prefer both of those to anything for sandwiches. But no, they are not fibrous enough for salads. Far too soft and weak to hold up. If you get FARM FRESH lettuces and immediately make salads from them it's another story. But what you can get and most grocery stores and even from restaurant purveyors is not hardy enough.

And you can have your little (incorrect) opinions about things like the red leaf Caesar, but no one would take them seriously.
>all applications
I can't believe you went there, man.
>>
>>21879933
I’ve never had floppy red/green leaf, the fuck are you talking about? If you’re going to be retarded, at least be convincingly retarded.
>>
I might add some of those leaf lettuces to a salad blend, but certainly not on their own. I know because I've tried it. It's why you don't see restaurant salads or store salad kids ever made from those lettuces. It just doesn't hold up to dressing or even time. You have to keep the leaves upright soaked in water even to use them in sandwiches and burgers in restaurants. That's the only way they will retain any crunch at all.

What's your native language just curious, because its not English and thats probably why you're unfamiliar with the commonality of iceberg being used for lettuce wraps
>>
>>21880122
lol, not English? I write longer posts than anyone here and I rarely make a mistake. Iceberg is not common for wraps. Any picture you find will likely have Bibb lettuce or even green leaf. But not iceberg. I'm sorry about your luck. And what would my superior grasp of the English language have to do with my knowledge of the lettuce varieties used in wraps? I'd argue that lettuce wraps are served predominantly in NON-English speaking nations.
But this is my native language. I'm so fucking great at it that I don't need to know any others. As an American everyone has to meet me on my terms anyway. Even when visiting their lands. It's good to be king.

I see a lot of people complain about "needing more crunch", so I'm not sure what reality you live in, but I would like to visit it sometime. It sounds pleasant. Besides, texture only enhances food when you have sensory issues and get caught up in how much you aren't enjoying the mechanical process if chewing your food. Hence, 'tisms.

we get it, you dont care about how anything feels once it's inside your mouth, including all the metric tonnes of human penis you slurp on a daily basis
and that's fine, but saying only retards care about texture is an admission of seemingly not comprehending what "individual tastes" are, which is a strong indication of you being autistic

In other words: "your personal tastes aren't logically sound".
Quite an autistic way of looking at things.
>>
>>21882995
>through the eyes of a reasonable person
but you aren't a reasonable person -
you're saying that LOGICALLY YOU MUST BE AUTISTIC TO ENJOY TEXTURE - and also doubling down on that statement when confronted with evidence of that not being the case
in order words, you dont understand that people have other views than those of your own

so
did you try the chicken nugget blender experiment yet, or are you gonna tell us that "blending it is too work and a waste of time"?
because, in that case, you could get a cup of warm water and a bag of powdered soup and try that - it'll take a lot less time than if prepared normally

Correct. Your tastes aren't. That's just a fact. If you say "I prefer heavy metal because it's usually slow and chill" your taste in music is completely irrational and clearly incorrect.
>>21883707
>but you aren't a reasonable person
Reasonable people don't fuss over a food's texture, which has no bearing on taste.
>but if you blend it it tastes different
No it does not. Mixing food distributes flavor more evenly regardless of the final consistency. Do you also get upset when people talk too loud?

Because without salt it tastes worse than lettuce and it can't be incorporated into a meal. On top of that it's unhealthy.

If texture is unimportant to you, why don't you eat healthier normal potatoes instead?
>>
>>21885525
