1. red grapefruit is incredibly yummy raw or in juice especially with low or no added sugar b. if you want it to taste like a dessert, you have to add sugar and then brulee it. grapefruit really isn't particularly bitter. it's more bitter than many fruits, but nothing that should be nuking your tastebuds. i think you might just be very sensitive to bitter tastes, many young people are. if your palette is overwhelmingly sweet or fatty, the same thing applies
