What food from the Fallout universe would be edible? How would you prepare the available food into something palatable?
Easiest thing I can think of is mixing Instamash with the cheese powder that comes with Blamco. Instant Mac and cheese.
the heat of the pipboy cooks the radroach
I don't eat anything, ever. I just stay healthy by constantly taking stimpaks.
>>21881064>radroach "milk">mole rat meat (no organs, most contaminated parts)>mole rat bone stock>carrots>carrot greens>potatoes>some nuka-cola to brighten the flavorsStew it all together and you'd have a totally palatable stew, wa laOf course you'd need your rad-away shooter after, but that's a given
Strictly pre war food.

Idk how it actually is in the Fallout world, but it's my headcanon that normal Mirelurk meat is incredibly delicious, objectively better than king crab.

>>21881064Tatos are allegedly hybrid potato-tomatoes. They apparently taste bad, but I bet with proper preparation you could do some really interesting things with them. Cube them up with other vegetables and do a pot roast with whatever meat, that would be the obvious answer.
>>21881092Neither of those discussions seem interesting to me.
>>21881131What is being marketed? A 15 year old PS3 game?
in honor of the real fallout universe, people, disguised as beef jerky
>>21881142Cardboard dipped in ketchup, to be specific if certain terminal entries are to be believed. I’m sure they have some sugar and starch content, which would lend to some pretty delicious sauces if made properly. I feel like a baked tato with a little salt could actually be tasty.
