A cup of coffee won't drive anyone crazy who isn't used to coffein unless they already have some other disease, I sometimes don't drink any for months myself.
Net being around other people on the other hand easily makes you more self focused as in easier to disturb, feeling every little up and down in your heart rate, etc.
