Original Rockstar has the best taste.
I don't care about the caffeine though, there's better alternatives for caffeine and I don't even feel it from energy drinks.
The only energy drink I've felt caffeine from is Monster Nitro, which also has a good flavor (almost like orange juice).

If I skip brekky and just drink an energy drink or whatever for breakfast my urine sometimes has a sweet smell. And recently I noticed my body isn't fighting infections as well as it did.

I'm 6'1 250 lbs 36 years old so losing 10% of my bodyweight is probably a boss move anyway regardless of the beetus situation.
