why the fuck did i eat these growing up. it makes me sick in retrospect
marketing/thread
>>21888489Because it's an excellent source of protein
i still eat the pepperoni pizza lunchables in my mid 30s, just had one earlier today
>>21888494I came here to post this but you beat me. Marketing and possibly peer pressure. My parents loved me so I had a choice between hot lunch and a nice packed homemade lunch. Being a little fat bastard I often enjoyed both. My home lunch at mid-morning break and then I used my lunch ticket for some unhealthy cafeteria food later. Lunchables came out when I was in high school so I was already too wise to fall for any marketing bullshit that would make cheese and crackers more appealing than real food.
>>21888489Oscar Meyer actually paid elementary school bullies to pick on people who didn't have Lunchables to make sandwiches seem like a poorfag meal. Then little tiny goes home crying to his parents he needs his goyfeed.
They look cool, but you can buy a big ass tray of crackers and small pre-cut cold cuts and cheese for only twice the cost of one lunchable.
>>21888550>high school>already too wiselol
>das rite goy shake it your self, its fun!
>>21888489Oh man, ham and cheese on crackers. Woe, is you. What a terrible, terrible, unusual thing to eat. A tragedy.
>>21888489The pizza ones are actually still pretty good.
>>21888489your parents didn't love you
>>21888704No they aren't. They are/were the worst of all. Cold, shredded cheese on soft crackers? That was insulting. The whole idea is retarded. The only decent ones were cheese and crackers.
>>21888708Okay
>>21888708There were different variations of pizza lumchables. The deep dish were really good in my opinion
>>21888712Maybe if you microwaved them. I can see that being edible then. Not cold. No way. Cold pizza works because the cheese and peps were cooked once. They were changed to their proper form; melted and browned respectively. I guess I'm weird for preferring my pizza have melted cheese. That's just what pizza is to me.
I frequently eat these when I get the simple ones for a dollar. I'm 54 and ate these as a teen and supple preteen. They are good and filling and stack in the chest freezer nicely.
>>21888935>I'm 54>disgusting child porn anime
>>21888950You know not what you say.
>>21888911>In my opinion
>>21888489because they're fucking delicious.
>>21888708>Cold, shredded cheeseyou've never eaten cold cheese?
>>21889037Your post makes no sense at all.
>>21889037Sure. But not with cold pizza sauce and cold pepperoni on soft bread things. Shredded cheese is gross because it's coated with an anti-caking powder. And since you mentioned it, (unmelted) cheese tastes best at room temperature anyway, not cold. But that's beside the point. In the context of the Lunchables it's gross because it's unfinished. It's like a thawed out frozen pizza. Or a chicken parmesan sandwich with cold sauce and cold cheese that never went in the oven. A cold meatball sub with shredded cheese and cold sauce. No one wants those things and no one should settle for "pizza" in raw ingredient form! I'm sorry you bastards had to eat it when you were little because your trashy parents bought them for you, but they're a gross idea that you failed to question and still do.
>>21888523Protein is a very rare nutrient you really need to nske sure you get enough. Also salt and sugar.
>>21889093Sarcasm?
>>21888489Charcuterie Boards for kids.
I only had that shit once at a classmates house, I found it utterly confusing how they managed to put so little food in so much plastic and cardboard, that and the fact that white people put sugar on their fruit, and the houses always smelled weird, why are whites like this? the question that defined my childhood
>>21888489the consequences of ww2 forcing the entire country to go 100% military production left the usa with a strong processed food industry and a culture that romanticized munching down on emergency rations like crackers. The boomers grew up in a world where their rich parents would go to fancy parties and eat expensive foods like... smoked meat on a cracker, canned fish on a cracker, preserved fruit on crackers, jelly and jam on crackers, fish eggs on crackers, processed meats on crackers. The post ww2 dinner party culture revolved around this processed slop. So when it came time for the boomers to feed their precious children and grandchildren the very best goyslop, lunachbles was there to provide a full balanced diet of processed slop. Presented in acolorful box with each food item sealed and sanitized, how could it not be a healthy meal? You ungreatful brat, a child like you is living like a king eatting the finger foods that only the rich could enjoy just 30 years prior.
>>21888911man, never microwave a lunchable pizza. they are disgusting when you do that. the appeal of the lunchable pizza is that you are a little kid making your own pretend pizza. and since you are a dumb little kid playing pretend, you can pretend it tastes like a real pizza. after all, you arent going to criticize yourself for fucking it up and making it taste terrible. the shitty tomato sauce has enough sugar in it that you dont mind that it doesnt taste anything like pizza.
>>21889175They just sound like weird people. You know there's more white people with that kind of get up but you can't tell me that Tyler Perry's house probably doesn't smell weird.
>>21888489They're interactive, which is more fun.
>>21889094Consider taking a long walk off a short pier so you're no longer afflicting us with your presence.
>>21889270I'm sorry you're so upset.
>>21888489>CheddarI never ate lunchables because they were always american cheese. I never saw these ones. I was too old to eat the pizza ones.
>>21889275>too old to eat the pizza ones.????
>>21889272You should spend less time being concerned about my feelings and more time being worried about your own inability to grasp simple messages. This is entirely dispassionate, my investment in this is extremely low.
>>21889277They came out after I was smoking pot and fingerbanging girls under the bleachers.
>>21889293>>21889272
>>21889308??????????
>>21889323Instead of doing those things you were eating lunchables.
>>21889337And yet we both ended up here.
>>21888703anon they had massive amounts of lead in them
