what went wrong?
>>

Woman TikTokers got tricked into paying $20 for a chocolate bar with nuts by faux luxury influencers. The pistacho filling in the bars also just look like shit. Putrid.
>>
Being a fad,
Kinda want to try knaff though.

it's not very good, should've been made with dark chocolate from the jump, kind've just contributes to the stereotype of arabs having poor taste.

I mean, considering what dubai chocolate meant before the trend it seems fitting.

Nothing, it was over-hyped, then companies over-produced and when normies saw stacks of it in stores, they lost all interest.

Like every meme, it eventually spiraled.
When it was some fancy looking luxury chocolate you could only by at a specialty tourist shop that influencers could make a video eating, cause it was cool looking it got buzz.
When suddenly you could get it at every 7/11 and Corner store but it cost an extra couple bucks, it was great for every fat person who is perpetually glued to their phone watching videos like some dystopian horror figure to give a try or get for their equally social networked partner as a dramatic but generic gift.
Finally it became shakes at McDonalds. Everyone had tried it, figured out it was, eh and gone back to eating the candy bars they usually eat. A few people probably genuinely liked Dubai Chocolate, but a lot of people like Sun Chips, too, it didn't make Frito-Lay ragequit on Doritos.

I mean, its objectively good
Its chocolate and pistachio, how can it be bad?
But retardedly overpriced for what it is, and the whole fucking meme around it made people hate it, its the "nutella and bacon" of the tiktok generation
>>
Nothing went wrong, it causes incel nopassport seething, just as intended

t. far more world-weary than you Real Travellerâ„¢ who went to Dubai, essentially by accident, way before you and your SATC normies found out it was supposedly "cool"

p.s. imagine being mad about chocolate, lol, lmao even

They will continue making this thread until no one mentions this anymore.
Dubai chocolate search results used to be arabs shitting (literally) on women for anyone that doesn't know.
