Breakfast sandwiches are good but I do not think they are a good recipe because they are not better than the sum of their parts which would be a toasted bagel, omelet, and slice of ham on a plate.

Too much egg honestly. The cheese and meat are so sloppy it reminds me why I hate the social conformity Bacon Egg and Cheese shit that some people get in the City. Like do some just fundamentally not understand that people are different? How do you spend your entire life in one of the largest and most socially, creatively and ethnically diverse cities in the world and think everyone should want a bacon egg and cheese sandwich.
