>Be lactose intolerant.
>Go to shopping for a few items.
>Carefully check the cereal to make sure it has no milk as an ingredient.
>Get almond milk to eat with cereal.
>Pick up bag of chips, distractedly, as I talk to a friend.
>Get home.
>Start eating chips.
>They're the best chips I've eaten in a long time.
>They're *suspiciously* good
>Check ingredients
>Contains milk and cheese
I'm so fucked in an hour or two. But damn I miss being able to ingest milk. The stuff tastes SO GOOD.

Hey, btw, this post isn't an invitation to help me or give me advice. Just sharing funny little anecdote. I've heard all the lactose intolerant advice already. Seriously.

>be lactose intolerant
>pick up SUPER CHEESE BLASTED CHEESY CHIPS

>wtf these have dairy!

I'm not lactose intolerant, but I do love shitting, farting, and pooping.
>>
Are you making this up
>>

Why would I make up such a basic story?
I was distracted and accidentally bought chips with milk in them. I didn't eat very many. only about 1/8th of this 13 oz bag. So I might not get the shits. But who knows.

What sucks, is I just had a terrible hemorrhoid flare up a couple weeks ago.(That was entirely unrelated to milk.) After weeks of swelling and soreness, I'm only just now feeling normal again. And now I potentially just renewed the problem with this new chip mishap.

Just give it up anon

who cares about your blog. a thread died for this. kys
and just the lactase pills next time if you dont

Can't the doctor write you something for lactose intolerance? As for the hemorrhoids, Anucort suppositories clear them up for me.

>a thread died for this
Who cares? It was probably a fast food thread.

You know that chips and dairy are two separate things, check what the chips are (I would assume potato, but there are also corn chips)

If you just buy potato's or corn (as you already did) in a big bag they wont have dairy added to them by Chips & Co™

almond milk sucks
just get pic related

How sensitive is your intolerance, OP? I too am a genetic misfit and cheese doesn't trigger mine. Powdered cheese only has a trace of lactose at most.
>>
>>21891240
Many chips contain milk. The chip isl is a huge minefield for lactose intolerant people.

>>21891306
Chips have triggered diarrhea before. I can't eat more than like 1 slice of pizza before things get dangerous. So I just stopped eating pizza altogether.

I can mess with butter somehow.

came here to say this

>pizza
Just plain pizza? Because if you eat it with pepperoni or something then it could just be all the grease upsetting your stomach. Most cheese has very little lactose and even fresh mozzarella doesn't typically have enough to cause issues unless you eat like a pound of it.

If you can have butter and not cheese it sounds like it could be an issue with dairy protein. Some people are okay with goat milk and cheese but not cow products. Butter has almost all of the protein removed but both butter and cheese are low in lactose.
