I eat a lot cause I'm lucky enough I can't get fat, but I've been trying to eat less and healthier mostly for economy reasons and I just can't do it. I'm fucking deathly hungry all the time. I thought my body would get used to it in a couple months but it doesn't. And it doesn't even matter if I end up eating a whole bowl of lentils, I still feel like I haven't eaten anything.

Time to start street performing, Tarrare.
They'll be PAYING you to eat

I've felt that way and it turns out I don't digest starch very well. Some people don't produce much of the enzymes for starch digestion. Does anything satisfy you? Milk and peanut butter make me feel more satiated.

i can definitely get fat, but havent let myself get fat though. if i "appreciate" icecream, milkshakes, beer, and bacon too much it can come on pretty fast

but I agree that when I try and eat healthy for a stretch of time, by the third week I cave because I end up feeling like i'm starving and can't resist the opportunity to indulge/eat a lot of food.

Over time I've been trying to combine my healthy and unhealthy eating tendencies to create an overall diet that doesn't leave me feeling hungry, provides enough protein to let me gain, and doesn't put on fat REALLY fast. This means I end up having some kind of highly palatable food/entree paired with something healthy.

Then it's simply a matter of using the healthy food to cleanse your palate between bites of the HIGHLY PALATABLE DELICIOUS food, so you can eat them both quickly enough to finish them before you get full. (as opposed to filling up on all the rich food and then leaving all the greens and stuff on the plate.)

Damn I can exactly imagine what this wretched frog must have looked like in real life.
Some people just look like old men at 30 and never change aside from their hair color and thickness

I eat almost nothing no matter how hard I try to. I love cooking and making beautiful delicious meals and then I take a few bites of it and feel full. I can never finish a restaurant meal, always take leftovers. Tried becoming a pothead but even that doesn’t do it really and I can’t be getting high before every meal.

Could you post some examples of your pairings?

That's what I've been trying to do. Like, I'll do peas and fry half a sausage on the side but the whole time all I'm thinking is "I could really swallow six whole sausages right now."
