I wanna prep a bunch of chicken I can refrigerate and easily heat up for when I want to make quesadillas. Usually I just buy a pack of breasts and butterfly them, put em on a pan with olive oil, and season them after flipping them like twice, dice em all up, and put them in the fridge in a big ziploc bag. While I've been enjoying this chicken quite a bit, something about the process feels unrefined. If you're a quesadilla enjoyer, I wanna hear your successful conquests into the realm of chicken cheese tortilla bliss

I cook a bunch of chicken breast chop it and freeze. Then i get it out of the fridge microwave it about 30 second to get it soft. Season with chili powder and a good bit of salsa while i reheat it in the pan. Easy to make any time and enjoy bone apple teeth.

Salt the chicken, wait at least 4 hours, dry rub in cajun and a few stalks of cumin, wait 2-3 hours. put chicken in bag with a buttermilk, chipotle, and hot sauce marinade, wait 8 hours. you can freeze the shit out of shredded chicken in portions you need for tacos, burritos, soups, dillas, or for enemas
