In my slowcooker (crockpot), I'm making some bone broth from pork rib bones, added some old carrots, garlic, black pepper corns, an onion, MSG, pinch of salt, a bay leaf, and a splash of champagne ardenne vinegar.
What can I use it for other than ramen, pozole, and soup?

Would couscous absorb it? I'm thinking of broth couscous with red peppers, onions, garlic, and spices. Served with a baked pork tenderloin, wondering how to spice it.

That's what it's going to be used for now, I guess. No other good one seems to pop up. Maybe freeze it for a noodle or oatmeal soup on a really cold day.

8 hours on "high". My crockpot clone only has low, high, and warm settings.
