Calories in, calories out. You can have a slice of key lime pie every single day of your life without putting on a single pound so long as your daily calorie intake doesn't exceed somewhere around 2K.
Consider this:
>1 slice of key lime pie: 365 cal
>1 burger: 850 cal
>1 bag of gummy worms: 350 cal
That's 1565 calories. You've still got about 400 to work with, and you can make that a big bowl of vegetables to get your micronutrients and feel full.

You won't do this, of course, but this is the answer to your question.

if you want to know of you're becoming diabetic or not they sell a1c tests at Walmart. they require you to pick your finger and draw blood but other than that very easy to use.

Basically me except I quit the blow but not the booze and shit food. Now I'm 40 and have all kinds of problems. I don't really give a shit. I'll probably be dead in 10 years tops. I don't want to really live longer than that anyway.

Stay at a normal weight and exercise regularly.

You can eat absolute crap but as long as you don't develop malnutrition, just staying at a normal weight will prevent most dietary related health issues. Your body is good at dealing with almost anything until there's too much of it and it starts building up in your system.

Just eat small portions. Instead of eating 6 hot dogs, just eat 2. Just eat one burger, not 2. Keep half your medium pizza for breakfast, dont eat it in one sitting. Also, have a physical job. I start at 7, and by lunch, my 10k steps are already taken. I've been surfing 150-160 (5'8) for the past 15 years and I eat garbage. (I think not drinking alcohol helps me a lot too.) Sugar, fat, caffeine, salt. I don't check anything. Just drink water so your kidneys dont get fucked up.

I never had problems with portions. I just can't overeat. The minute I feel full, the shop's closed. One more bite is going to make me hurl, even if it's the most delicious steak in the world. I legit don't understand how people "overeat". Were you born in a "precarious situation" where food could be missing for days?
